Please say which device you have and which version of iOS. If something went wrong while adding material or building a plan, tell us what kind of file it was (a photo, a PDF, a Word or PowerPoint file) and roughly how long it is. That one detail answers most reports.

A photo or file could not be read

Photos read best taken straight on, in good light, with the page filling the frame. Use the crop handles after taking the picture to cut away the desk and anything around the page.

Scanned PDFs with no text inside cannot be read. Photograph the pages instead. The older .doc and .ppt formats are not supported; save them as .docx or .pptx and add them again.

A photo does not open

Photos are backed up privately to your account while you are signed in, so they open on any device you sign in on. Photos added before backups existed can only be opened on the phone that took them; open the app on that phone once, signed in, and they are backed up automatically. You can always use the switch at the top right to read the text Tuki AI took from a photo.

What is sent to the AI

Study plans, flashcards, quizzes, answers from the AI teacher and word explanations are made by sending your material through our server to our AI provider, Groq. The app asks for your permission before anything is sent, and only sends what a feature needs when you use it: the text of your material and your study goal, a smaller copy of each photo to read its formulas and drawings, your questions, and the words you double-tap. Nothing is sold or used for advertising. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is sent, when, and how long it is kept.

If you chose "Not now", everything you have already saved still works. The app asks again the next time you add material, build a plan, ask the AI teacher or ask what a word means.

A plan says "No quota"

Tuki AI runs on a free daily AI allowance. When it is used up, a plan pauses and the app tells you. Everything done so far is kept: tap Try again later and it carries on from where it stopped, or tap Ping developer to let us know.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything saved to it. It cannot be undone.
